• Do you cater to dietary restrictions? (i.e. Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, etc.)

  • I am happy to bake for any dietary restriction​! I have made pies that are vegan, gluten free, paleo, or cater to restrictive diets. I really enjoy the challenge of melding baking and science to yield an exceptional result. Please feel free to e-mail me about any specific requests!

  • Note: I take allergies very seriously and given that my kitchen is not allergen free, I do not accept orders for those with nut allergies.​​

• How long will it take to make my order?

  • Most orders take 24-48 hours to fulfill. A specific pick-up/delivery date and time will be determined upon ordering. My best advice is to order early (and often!)

• What is the "Cottage Food Act"?​

  • Glad you asked! The Cottage Food Act is a legislation that allows home cooks to legally sell certain products from their home kitchens​. I worked under the cottage foods act for several years until I began renting space in a commercial kitchen in 2023.

• Where are your cakes listed?

  • They are not listed anywhere because I do not offer cakes. There are so many wonderful cake bakers in Fort Collins that I hold in the highest of regard because they are better at making cakes than I am!

• Can I make a flavor request?

  • Absolutely! I am happy to make special pies - provided they fall under the cottage food act. E-mail me to ask​.

• Can I get a seasonal pie out of season?

  • Sorry but no. Aligned seasonal fruits make the most delicious pies!​

• What's your favorite fruit pie?

  • It's a tie between Blueberry and Apple - it depends on the season​.
