Sometimes called Derby Pie this is a twist on a classic pecan pie. Pecans, Chocolate, and Whiskey sweetened with molasses and maple syrup makes for a less sweet and more complexly flavored pecan pie.

Colorado Peaches in a classic pastry crust with oatmeal crumb topping. Sweetened with brown sugar and spiced with cinnamon.
