Local Apples in a blend of “cold weather” spices (including Cinnamon, Allspice, Cloves, and more), with a little lemon juice for tartness (depending on apple variety), vanilla for sweetness, just the right amount of sugar to draw out the natural sweetness in the apples, topped with brown sugar millet crumb topping for crunch and awesomeness.
